SEATING REQUESTS
The company will always try to allocate your seating requests, but cannot guarantee availability.

TICKETS
Your attention is particularly drawn to the departure times on both outward and return journeys. Also to the exact departure points. No resposibility will be accepted by the company for error in date of travel or picking up point after the ticket has been issued.

CANCELLATION CHARGES
Travel tickets can be refunded 14 days before departure less 30% providing ticket can be resold. After 14 days prior to the departure date - NO REFUND. Travel tickets received after departure date - NO REFUND

CHILDREN
Children under five yrs are carried free (sitting on parents lap). From the age of five to twelve yrs children's prices apply. Thirteen yrs and above, adult prices apply.

DELAY OF SERVICES
The company will endeavour to maintain its services as published, but there shall be no liability on the company for any delay howsoever caused.

COACHES
Due to demand at peak times or other circumstances beyond our control, you are advised that carriage may be in coaches or minibuses other than those owned or operated by the company.
